Most consulting engagements hand you a report and walk out the door. I offer something different — it's a hands-on, in-the-trenches partnership designed to uncover what's working, fix what isn't, and leave your team with a clear, actionable path forward.
What's Included
Over the course of two weeks, I embed directly with your sales and marketing operation — five full days on-site with your team. This isn't observation from a distance. I'm in the room, in your CRM, in your data, and in your pipeline. I review sales patterns, marketing performance, lead flow, conversion points, and team dynamics to build a complete picture of where your revenue engine stands today and where it needs to go.
At the conclusion of the engagement, you receive a full-scope strategic plan that maps your strengths, surfaces your weaknesses, identifies threats on the horizon, and pinpoints the opportunities your business is best positioned to capture.
But the engagement doesn't end there.
For a full month following delivery of your plan, I remain accessible to your team for on-site support as needed — so implementation doesn't stall the moment the strategy is in hand. You'll also receive weekly calls for coaching, guidance, and accountability as your team begins executing on the recommendations.
